A bit late in life , but started car driving lessons ... :)

Yes ... 20 years ago these dogs were killed by the people from the municipality .

And some 5 years ago , they changed the law and started protecting these animals ...

And now we have a big issues of stray dogs

That is very annoying ... People get bitten sometimes ...

But their main priority is protecting the dogs lives ... :)

It is great that the dogs are more protected now, but when are already many out on the street the problem is still bad just different...
Dog get together as a pack like the wolfs and can be dangerous ... my sister almost been attracted few times with stray dogs, one time they went all around her forming a circle and try to attack her, she said that she started swinging her handbag that day not sure what will had happened i guess she was lucky while trying what ever she could 3 people saw her and went and help
I like dogs but they can turn bad for many reason when are stray .. and that not the dogs fault as how some will turn.
i was just surprised with your photo the problem seems to be in many countries :(

My view on this is that Dogs are only cool at homes under proper supervisions

Dogs on the streets wandering like this is not cool ...

There are so many children walking these streets , going to schools everyday and their safety should be of more importance than these animals ...

I have been attacked by dogs too ,
My sister has been attacked by dogs too ...

I was not bitten when i was attacked by street dogs , they were mostly barking in circles around me ...
But when my sister was attacked by street dogs she got bitten too ...

That was long time ago and we were both children back then ...

I like animals , but i don't have any feelings for animals that harm people ...

If someone can take some initiative to get rid of these animals from the streets , then we would have less things to worry about ... :)

i drove around in a not so crowded place for 2 hours in the last 2 Sundays ...

i must try it in busier streets , but i will do it a bit later when i feel more comfortable doing that ...
