Drink water from the spring where horses drink. The horse will never drink bad water.
Lay your bed where the cat sleeps.
Eat the fruit that has been touched by a worm.
Boldly pick the mushroom on which the insects sit.
Plant the tree where the mole digs.
Build your house where the snake sits to warm itself.
Dig your fountain where the birds hide from heat.
Go to sleep and wake up at the same time with the birds – you will reap all of the days golden grains.
Eat more green – you will have strong legs and a resistant heart, like the beings of the forest.
Swim often and you will feel on earth like the fish in the water.

These are the few things i want to learn in 2024 ...

Swimming:

Learning to swim can be challenging for some people, especially if they have a fear of water or haven't had much exposure to swimming before. However, with the right instruction and practice, most people can become competent swimmers.
It's a valuable skill for safety and enjoyment around water, and many find it to be a fun and rewarding activity once they become comfortable in the water.

Cooking:

Cooking can be relatively easy to start learning, especially basic recipes and techniques.
There are countless resources available such as cookbooks, online tutorials, and cooking classes.
It's a skill that you can gradually improve upon at your own pace, and you get the delicious reward of enjoying your creations.
Plus, cooking can be a very versatile skill with a wide range of dishes to explore, from simple to complex.

Martial arts:

Martial arts can vary widely in terms of difficulty and complexity depending on the style you choose to learn.
Some styles may emphasize physical strength and agility, while others focus more on technique and mental discipline.
Learning martial arts typically involves regular practice, dedication, and commitment to mastering various techniques and forms.
It can be physically demanding but also extremely rewarding in terms of self-defense skills, fitness, and personal growth.
