Some effective ways of coping with deadlines

Coping with deadlines can be challenging, but here are some tips to help you manage them effectively:

1. Prioritize: Identify which tasks are most important and need to be completed first.

2. Break it down: Divide larger tasks into smaller, manageable steps to make them less overwhelming.

3. Set realistic goals: Ensure your deadlines are achievable given the time and resources available.

4. Plan ahead: Create a schedule or to-do list to keep track of what needs to be done and when.

5. Minimize distractions: Find a quiet, focused workspace and limit interruptions while working.

6. Time management: Use techniques like the Pomodoro Technique to work in focused intervals with short breaks.

7. Seek support: Don't hesitate to ask for help or delegate tasks if possible.

8. Stay organized: Keep all necessary materials and information easily accessible.

9. Stay flexible: Be prepared to adapt if unexpected challenges arise.

10. Self-care: Prioritize your well-being by getting enough rest, eating well, and managing stress.

Remember, effective deadline management is a skill that can be developed with practice and persistence.

Good tips, very effective. Thanks for sharing my friend.
We have to be always on guard because if we cannot cope up it's very inconvenient... If I don't submit the report quarterly online we will be issued a show cause order... If we fail to remit our GSIS and taxes we are penalized.

The same thing in the university government owned. Everyone works like a horse, all teachers, staff heads and all.
